FiddlLink
Explore our foundational range of optical transceivers, modular jacks, and shielding structures tailored for global telecommunications and data centers.
In modern industrial and commercial telecommunications, the requirement to interface legacy copper telephone lines (typically utilising RJ11 connectors with 6P4C or 6P2C structures) with modern structured Ethernet networks (utilising RJ45 connectors with 8P8C interfaces) is a prevalent architectural challenge. As organizations migrate to Unified Communications (UC) and voice over internet protocol (VoIP) topologies, bridges like RJ45 to RJ11 adapters provide vital backward compatibility.
Globally, telecom service providers, legacy banking networks, smart metering grids, and public security systems rely heavily on robust adapters to transition copper-centric infrastructures to fiber-backbone networks. RJ45 to RJ11 adapters manufactured at our ISO-certified facilities ensure zero-crosstalk (NEXT/FEXT) signal conversion and reliable mechanical performance for continuous duty cycles.
Established in 2016, FiddlLink Optical Technology Co., Ltd. is a leading OEM/ODM manufacturing factory of networking jacks, adapters, and high-performance communication systems.
Our modern manufacturing facility is equipped with state-of-the-art testing systems. While our core catalog features advanced SFP transceivers, fiber optics, and modular jacks, our comprehensive OEM/ODM custom services specialize in high-precision structural components like RJ45 to RJ11 adapter housings, multi-port cage assemblies, and custom-molded connectivity interfaces designed to withstand challenging physical and environmental conditions.
Our quality control system comprises strict incoming raw material verification, high-precision surface engineering, advanced molding, and rigorous metrology testing.
Ensuring compliance with ANSI/TIA-568, ISO/IEC 11801, and RoHS directives, our custom technical roadmap addresses the evolution of telecom connectivity.
Deploying reliable hardware links across modern and legacy infrastructure installations globally.
Integrates old analog phone units and key telephone systems into VoIP switches or ATA (Analog Telephone Adapters) using custom pin configurations.
Bridges building energy management controllers and RS-485 serial communication loops over standard Category 5e/6 copper infrastructure.
Adapters optimized to connect standard telephone wall outlets to modern VDSL2/ADSL2+ high-speed gateways without causing packet loss.
When engineering customized RJ45 to RJ11 adapters for enterprise buyers, our technical team establishes stringent performance standards to ensure absolute signal fidelity and mechanical endurance. Standard converters often introduce impedance mismatch and packet errors; our industrial solutions eliminate these variables.
FiddlLink works closely with our ODM partners to provide customized hardware design, mold fabrication, tailored contact configurations, and private label packaging to guarantee a perfect mechanical and electrical fit.

An RJ45 connector is an 8P8C (Eight Positions, Eight Contacts) modular connector primarily used in Ethernet data networks. An RJ11 connector is traditionally a 6P4C or 6P2C (Six Positions, Four/Two Contacts) interface designed for voice systems. Adapters physically map selected pins from the 8-pin system to the 6-pin system.
We design our internal circuitry with short, impedance-matched traces. By utilizing premium phosphor bronze contacts plated with gold (ranging from 3u" to 50u"), we secure low contact resistance (less than 20mΩ), preventing signal reflections and minimizing insertion loss.
Standard analog voice systems do not use high-voltage PoE. However, if your application utilizes customized data networks, our adapters can be manufactured using high-specification insulation material rated up to 1000V AC RMS to handle low-power PoE protocols safely.
We support standard configurations such as USOC, T568A, and T568B conversion. During the design phase, our engineers can create custom layouts, connecting any subset of the 8 RJ45 pins directly to the 2, 4, or 6 pins on the RJ11 interface.
Yes, we strictly use high-grade PC, ABS, or PBT engineering plastics rated UL94-V0. This ensures self-extinguishing flame-retardant properties under thermal duress, making our components safe for high-density industrial server racks.
Typical turnaround is 3-4 weeks from final tool design validation, depending on volume. This timeframe covers structural prototyping, precision plastic injection, terminal mounting, laser printing, and strict quality verification steps before shipment.
