Proven reliability verified by rigorous operations, substantial annual volume, and robust global partnerships.
FiddlLink Optical Technology Co., Ltd. is a professional manufacturer and supplier of high-performance optical transceivers and fiber optic communication solutions. Established in 2016, the company specializes in the research, development, production, and global distribution of optical networking products for data centers, telecommunications networks, enterprise infrastructure, and cloud computing applications.
Our modern manufacturing facility covers an area of 380 square meters and is equipped with advanced production and testing equipment to ensure consistent product quality and reliable performance. With over 12 years of industry experience and 8 years of export experience, FiddlLink has built a strong reputation among customers worldwide for delivering innovative, cost-effective, and dependable optical communication products.
As the visual display industry progresses from 4K and 8K toward 10K/16K workflows and massive refresh rates (such as 4K@240Hz for immersive environments), traditional copper-only cables hit strict physical constraints. Signal degradation over distance, copper gauge thickness, and susceptibility to electromagnetic interference (EMI) restrict copper HDMI cables to a maximum length of 3 to 5 meters at ultra-high-definition data rates.
HDMI AOC combines optical fiber technology with standard HDMI copper wiring. Utilizing high-efficiency VCSEL (Vertical-Cavity Surface-Emitting Laser) arrays and photodetectors built directly into the connector heads, the electrical signal is converted to optical signal instantaneously. This enables loss-free transmission of HDMI 2.1a FRL (Fixed Rate Link) up to 100 meters without external power source requirements.
Modern enterprise audio-visual frameworks rely on HDMI 2.1a bandwidth to feed eARC (enhanced Audio Return Channel) uncompressed Dolby Atmos formats, while maintaining strict lip-sync protocols. Concurrently, dynamic HDR formats require real-time metadata adjustment per frame. Our physical architecture ensures zero jitter across all signal channels.
| Specification | Max Bandwidth | Max Resolution Support | Typical Transmission Line Tech | Key Target Application |

Bridging optical networks, high-frequency PCB connectors, and high-definition distribution.
High-capacity HDMI transmission does not exist in isolation. In modern command centers, broadcasting studios, and hyperscale environments, HDMI endpoints directly interface with network routers, fiber switch grids, and data processing hubs. FiddlLink’s dual core competence in optical transceivers (QSFP28, SFP+) and modular network RJ45 jacks ensures a unified hardware supply line for all networking configurations.
FiddlLink’s strict operational procedures are supported by state-of-the-art machinery and comprehensive diagnostic equipment.
Our Quality Management System is built on high precision. Every batch of optoelectronic converters, fiber patch cords, optical transceivers, and high-frequency modular jacks is subjected to rigorous steps—ranging from spherical polishing and high-precision aspheric lens assembly to optical spectrum analysis and environmental stress testing.
When procurement managers source high-speed interconnect products from China, they must navigate a maze of technical compliance standards. Failure to meet these criteria leads to customs holdups, system-level failures, or legal liabilities in the destination country. Below is the technical validation criteria FiddlLink applies to all custom HDMI, transceiver, and RJ45 modular jack products:
Every cable and module batch undergoes eye-diagram analysis. For HDMI 2.1a, we verify that the Signal-to-Noise Ratio (SNR) and jitter remain within tolerance levels required by the HDMI Licensing Administrator. Our tests prove zero packet loss over prolonged stress tests.
We work directly with your design and engineering teams. Our services cover customized hardware design, customized label printing, specialized packaging designs, custom EEPROM coding for cross-brand transceiver compatibility, and logo molding.
